Deskripsi Pelatihan

Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) merupakan metode analisis sistem yang digunakan untuk memetakan hubungan antar elemen dalam suatu permasalahan kompleks sehingga terbentuk struktur hierarki yang sistematis dan mudah dipahami. Metode ini banyak digunakan dalam strategic planning, risk management, supply chain, operational excellence, policy analysis, organizational development, sustainability, hingga pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu peserta memahami konsep, tahapan, dan aplikasi ISM secara praktis menggunakan pendekatan sistemik dan analytical thinking. Peserta akan belajar membangun model hubungan antar faktor, mengembangkan Structural Self-Interaction Matrix (SSIM), Reachability Matrix, level partitioning, hingga menghasilkan digraph dan model hierarki strategis. Materi disusun berdasarkan pendekatan terbaru dalam systems thinking, decision science, dan strategic modeling yang relevan untuk industri manufaktur, energi, logistik, pemerintahan, konstruksi, FMCG, pertambangan, hingga sektor jasa modern.
