DESKRIPSI PELATIHAN
Lean Six Sigma merupakan metode peningkatan proses yang menggabungkan konsep Lean Management (eliminasi waste) dan Six Sigma (pengurangan variasi dan defect) untuk meningkatkan kualitas, efisiensi, produktivitas, serta kepuasan pelanggan.
